Wonderful
We stayed 5 nights and we had a wonderful stay. 3-5 mins walk only from yakuin station. Good thing it has elevator for carrying our big luggages. Our room though a bit small but its ok , my husband and I can still unpack our things from our laggage one at a time. So its not a big deal. My daughter enjoyed all the frebbies of toiletries. She liked the brand of the shampoo ????. The breakfast has a good set of menu . To sum up, we had a great time . Thank you ????

Convenient and clean
Location is good. Easy access to trains, buses, coffee joints and Macdonalds
The room is slightly small for my family of 3. With the extra bed, we can’t really open up our luggages fully. Need to open/close frequently. Other than that generally quite satisfied

Good hotel
The room was clean as standard. Near convenience stores, train, and subway station. Free ice and shower kits at the lobby.
No free drinking water. The room is a bit small for 2 person but it's acceptable. Staff were correct payment incorrect amount (+JPY2 more than actual amount). I said to them that's ok I don't mind. But staff still tried their best to fix the payment to correct amount which take a while and I was tired from travel on the first date arrived in Japan. I prefer hotel to keep JPY2 and take 15mins rest my feet in the room. For wanderers the location is a bit far from city center like Tenjin and Hakata station by foot but still close to subway access.
